Job summary

FloQast is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to unblock customers across our Accounting Transformation Platform and integrations. You will troubleshoot, perform backend configuration tasks, and deliver hands-on technical resolutions to ensure customers realize full value.

This role requires in-office work three days a week in Austin, TX; visa sponsorship not available; collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success; build knowledge base articles and participate in standups.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, IT, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong empathy.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, JIRA).
• Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Own support cases from customers and deliver clear solutions via email or screen share.
• Troubleshoot error messages and root causes to unblock customers.
• Perform backend configuration work, data transforms/uploads, and migrations.
• Handle a range of L1-L3 support cases for assigned solutions and SME areas.
• Develop expertise in SME areas and contribute to knowledge base articles.
• Use internal tools to retrieve/modify account data and assist in customer environments.
• Participate in standups and collaborate with cross-functional peers on complex cases.
