Job summary

FloQast is seeking a Forward Deployed Accountant to drive adoption and ROI for the Transform product line with enterprise customers. You’ll deploy AI Agents, resolve technical challenges, and enable customers to scale automation.

As part of the founding cohort, you’ll shape how FloQast scales Transform adoption across our client base, delivering hands-on workshops and guided builds while traveling up to 30% for customer sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or accounting operations roles with core workflows
• CPA preferred; public accounting or corporate accounting experience valued
• Familiarity with workflow automation and accounting system optimization
• Experience with data-flow, API integrations in accounting environments

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI Agents to automate accounting workflows for corporate teams
• Lead enablement sessions, workshops, and guided builds for customers
• Triage and troubleshoot Agent configurations and data flows
• Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and usability
• Collaborate with partner consultants to deliver training and ensure adoption
• Travel to customer sites up to 30% for deployment and workshops
• Deliver internal enablement sessions to train FloQast teams on Transform tools
