Job summary

Nationwide Technology Services is seeking a Technology Services Analyst to support and maintain applications, PCs, and infrastructure across environments. You will contribute to IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, resolve issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure technology solutions that enable Nationwide to serve its customers effectively.

You will act as a customer advocate, perform level 1 support, document and escalate issues, and help maintain PC lifecycle

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly with associates and agents.
• Information security awareness and best practices in handling data and systems.
• Ability to set priorities and manage multiple incidents and requests.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first point of contact for associates and independent agents seeking technical assistance.
• Documents, prioritizes, and escalates issues to level 2 technology partners with proper data for investigation.
