Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Technology Services Analyst to support and maintain applications, PCs, and infrastructure across environments. The role emphasizes ITSM processes, security, and cross-team collaboration in a hybrid setting with Columbus or Des Moines locations.

The team supports agents and associates, with training provided on business applications for agents. A background in computer science or MIS and a willingness to learn are preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, MIS or related field preferred.
• One year or less technology experience including basic troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and information security awareness.
• Knowledge of agency systems such as AgentCenter or PolicyCenter/Guidewire.

Responsabilités

• Serves as the first point of contact for associates and independent agents seeking technical assistance.
• Performs level 1 technical support to diagnose and resolve issues for users via phone, web, and chat.
• Documents, prioritizes, and escalates issues to level 2 technology partners with proper data.
• Identifies recurring issues and communicates trends to enable faster responses.
• Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout delivery lifecycles.
• Responsible for the PC lifecycle and inventory management of Nationwide hardware assets.
