Job summary

Peratonis seeking a technical project manager to support the VA Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program and Oracle Health. The role requires coordinating interface implementation, deployment, and post-deployment support for federal health IT systems.

The candidate will lead geographically dispersed teams, manage customer expectations, and interact with senior leadership. The position is hybrid with on-site 1–2 days per week in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD or HS diploma and 9 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance; must be able to be on site 1-2 days per week

Responsibilities

• Lead IT design, development, test, deployment and sustainment in a highly matrixed environment.
• Manage up to five moderate to highly complex systems.
• Oversee localization of systems to multiple VA sites.
• Provide LOE estimates and build detailed project plans for integrations.
• Brief executive leadership on design, development, test, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with customers and business teams to define requirements and feasible timelines.
