You will lead modernization of SQL platforms, mentor the team, and collaborate with product owners and executives to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven background in P&C specialty insurance with MGA setups and premium accounting flows.
• 8+ years of hands-on SQL development, SSIS, and ETL automation.
• Experience with legacy and modern Policy Administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and design scalable software solutions.
• Oversee development, maintenance, and optimization of the application ecosystem.
• Manage SQL databases across development, test, and production environments.
• Champion modernization to cloud-based platforms without data disruption.
• Mentor developers, ensure best practices in coding, testing and deployment.
