Job summary

Genpact in Chicago is seeking a Tech Lead for Insurance & SQL to guide a team delivering critical insurance tech solutions. You will work with developers, business analysts and QA to understand requirements and ensure high-quality delivery while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of MGA operations and premium accounting processes.
• Hands-on SQL – 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with ETL/SSIS and data integration.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
• Cloud experience (Azure, GCP) preferred.

In this role, we are seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses strong technical and analytical skills, with an understanding of the wholesale brokerage insurance industry preferred. The individual will be technical lead and is expected to work with business to understand requirements and support application, work with Developers, Business Analyst and QE team to ensure quality solution delivery.
