Confidential is seeking an HRIS System Administrator & Analyst to own and evolve our HR tech stack. Hybrid role: 3 days in Chicago Loop, 2 days remote. You’ll bridge HR and IT, ensuring secure, data-driven systems and streamlined workflows.

Responsibilities include system administration, business analysis, reporting, and change management to save time and improve processes. 3+ years in HRIS and strong SQL/Excel skills are preferred.
