Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced senior professional to support the Connected Devices and Clinical Research leadership. This role focuses on department strategy, client management, and program delivery, aligned with ICH GCP guidelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent and outstanding quality against department deliverables.
• Lead customer relationships and guide teams toward delivering on commitments.
• Oversee SOPs and ensure compliance with ICH GCP guidelines.
• Maintain and improve Quality Control procedures.
• Lead departmental projects and initiatives.
• Conduct capacity planning.
• Support Business Development with RFP/RFI reviews for accounts.
• Forecast, backlog and projections for existing accounts.
• Mentor new hires and drive process improvements as an individual contributor.
