Job summary

BI WORLDWIDE is seeking a Technology Implementation Manager for the Automotive Solutions Group in the Minneapolis area. This hybrid role collaborates with clients and internal teams to design, strategy, and implement large-scale initiatives across new and existing projects.

You will guide complex programs from concept through execution, translate business needs into technical requirements, and lead stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, CS, MIS or related field.
• 5+ years of business and project management experience.
• Proven ability to present to customers and lead meetings.
• Fast-paced environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to define project requirements across data, websites, reporting, and workflows.
• Lead client strategy meetings and coordinate with design, operations, and development teams.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and documentation; manage SOWs/COs.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and roadmaps; manage risk.
