Qualifications

• Proven track record in a Business Partner role within a high-growth environment.
• Previous experience working at a technology company is required.
• Extensive experience in benefits management and compensation grading is required.
• Strong background in handling employee relations within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to support talent development and performance management.
• Own and implement HR projects to support international expansion.
• Coach and develop leaders to build leadership capabilities.
• Work with HR functions to design and implement relevant programs.
• Oversee policies to maintain HR best practices.
