Qualifications

• Permanent US work authorization without the need for sponsorship now, or in the future (F1, H1B, CPT, OPT or STEM OPT require sponsorship in future).
• Enrollment in an accredited college/university during the Internship; must be an undergraduate sophomore or above by start date.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher across all coursework.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, communications, regulatory compliance, quality, finance, data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, supply chain, or technology related field.
• Ability to clearly present data findings to technical and non-technical partners.
• Ability to break down problems and derive actionable insights; work full-time (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end business processes and translate needs into digital solutions by building product backlogs as user stories.
• Collect, clean, and prepare datasets from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets for analysis.
• Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify patterns and insights; create dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Create automated workflows for data extraction, transformation, and reporting using Python, R, or SQL; support AI adoption.
• Collaborate with QA-Ops, JJRC, finance and operations to understand data needs and provide insights.
• Document methodologies and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
