Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is offering a Spring 2027 co-op program in technology across the United States. The role is a six-month, full-time opportunity that spans multiple technology areas including data engineering, AI, decision science, UI/UX, and cybersecurity, with in-person or virtual options depending on business needs.

The program provides hands-on experience within the JJT Technology organization and serves as a feeder pool to full-time TLDP roles upon graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree with full-time availability.
• GPA 3.0 or higher required.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available for a 6-month co-op (Jan 11, 2027 – Jun 21, 2027).
• Preferred fields include Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS, CS, Software Eng, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Graphic Design or Math.

Responsibilities

• Work within specialized technology groups to build solutions for business partners.
• Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support a designated technology area.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve program goals and objectives.
• Develop awareness and experience of key capability skills in support of JJT Technology Strategy.
