Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech Technology and Digital Quality Co-op Program seeks Sophomores, Juniors and rising Seniors for 2027 Spring Co-op. The role follows a hybrid model: on-site three days a week and remote two days.

You will gain hands-on experience analyzing business processes and data to support decision-making and drive data-driven strategies across T&DQ functions. The ideal candidate will assist in data gathering, cleaning, analysis, and visualization using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel,

Qualifications

• Permanent US work authorization
• Enrollment in accredited college/university during the Internship
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, data science, engineering or technology fields
• Ability to present data to technical and non-technical partners

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze end-to-end business processes and translate needs into digital solutions.
• Analyze data to support decision-making and develop visualizations.
• Assist in data collection, cleaning and preparation from various sources.
• Support validation activities for regulatory compliance and AI/digital technologies.
• Collaborate with QA-Ops, JJRC, finance and operations to deliver insights.
