Ideal candidates have 2+ years of project coordination experience, proficiency with Smartsheet and Excel, and strong communication skills to coordinate across internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of project coordination or project delivery experience.
• Experience supporting technology hardware or infrastructure deployment projects.
• Experience managing schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Proven ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups, including internal teams, vendors, contractors, and site personnel.
• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of risk identification, mitigation, and escalation processes.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet for project tracking, scheduling, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills including data analysis and lookups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Coordinate activities across technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, field teams, and site contacts.
• Track deliverables and ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
• Support procurement, equipment deployment, installation activities, vendor coordination, and site readiness.
• Identify risks and schedule impacts and facilitate mitigation or escalation.
• Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and financial tracking.
• Communicate project health, risks, decisions, milestones, and action items to stakeholders.
• Independently manage assigned projects or workstreams and collaborate with Project Managers.
