Job summary

Sikich LLC in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst and Project Manager to support a federal client’s infrastructure operations. The role blends business analysis with project delivery, driving modernization through automation and cloud initiatives.

The position is hybrid in the DC area and requires US citizenship and a Public Trust. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in PM, 7+ years in process analysis, and strong Microsoft 365/Power Platform experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in project management.
• 7+ years' experience in process analysis, documentation, and process improvement.
• 4+ years' hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience documenting current-state and future-state workflows.
• Experience in federal government, regulated, or enterprise IT environments.
• 2+ years' experience supporting federal government or government-contracting environments.

Responsibilities

• Map and document technical and business processes; identify inefficiencies and automation candidates.
• Partner with engineering staff to validate findings and help implement recommendations.
• Advise on adoption of Microsoft 365 tools and AI capabilities.
• Develop measurements to report productivity and outcomes from changes.
• Produce detailed workflow documentation and project deliverables.
• Manage multiple infrastructure projects from planning through delivery.
• Maintain integrated schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Support agile and SAFe practices in an infrastructure environment.
