Job summary

Sikich LLP is seeking an experienced Business Analyst Project Manager to support a federal client infrastructure operations team. The role blends business analysis with project management to modernize infrastructure, document workflows, and drive cloud migration initiatives.

You will work with engineering, sponsors, and leadership to improve service delivery, reduce manual effort, and accelerate timelines in a remote/federal client environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in project management.
• 7+ years in process analysis, documentation and process improvement.
• 4+ years with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI capabilities (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot).
• Experience documenting current-state and future-state workflows; facilitating sessions with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in federal government, regulated, or enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Map and document existing technical and business processes; identify inefficiencies and automation candidates.
• Partner with engineering staff to validate findings and implement recommendations.
• Advise on adoption of Microsoft 365 tools and AI capabilities.
• Develop measurements to report productivity and outcome improvements.
• Produce detailed technical and business process workflow documentation.
