Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Technology to partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to identify tax-process challenges, analyze data, and design scalable ETL and analytics solutions using Alteryx, Power BI, Databricks, and the Microsoft Power Platform. You will mentor teammates and contribute to high-quality client outcomes.

You will translate requirements into functional designs, develop documentation, and support project delivery from discovery through implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years in consulting, business analysis, tax technology, or ETL.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools, ETL, data visualization, and reporting preferred.
• Experience supporting project delivery and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and designs.
• Develop client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Create tests and documentation to ensure solution quality.
