Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Technology who partners with internal stakeholders and supports external clients to identify business challenges, analyze tax processes, and design scalable data solutions using Alteryx, Power BI, Databricks, and the Microsoft Power Platform.

You will perform requirements analysis, ETL activities, solution configuration, testing, and documentation to deliver data-driven tax solutions while mentoring team members and contributing to high-quality client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, computer science, technology, data analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, tax technology, or related professional services.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools, ETL processes, automation, data visualization, and reporting preferred.
• Experience supporting project delivery, including requirements gathering, documentation, data analysis, testing, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal/external stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Develop and deliver client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Create test plans and validate solution performance.
• Support resolution of client inquiries and service-related matters.
