Job summary

Ryan seeks a Senior Consultant, Tax Technology to partner with internal stakeholders and external clients, identifying business challenges and designing scalable tax data solutions. You will perform requirements analysis, ETL, and solution configuration using Alteryx, Power BI, Databricks, and Power Platform to deliver high-value client outcomes.

The role requires mentoring teammates, maintaining quality documentation, and contributing to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and relevant professional experience.
• Experience in consulting, tax technology, data analysis, ETL, or related services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of low-code/no-code tools and data visualization capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Develop and deliver client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Support resolution of client inquiries and project delivery activities.
• Mentor junior team members on data analysis, testing, and tax-technology delivery practices.
• Review work products for accuracy and quality.
