US Tech Solutions is seeking a hybrid, in-office/distance tax operations specialist to manage client documentation, allocation statements, and risk-related reporting. The role requires strong Excel and analytical capabilities to troubleshoot and respond to stakeholder inquiries.

The candidate will analyze processes, present findings on Key Risk metrics, and explore solutions to improve efficiency and service levels within the tax operations team.

Formación

• Very analytical problem-solver with attention to detail.
• Experience entering and validating data with accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MS Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, research and action client queries related to documentation and allocation statements.
• Prepare findings on Key Risk and Key process metrics and propose improvements to reduce risk and improve client service.
