Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Operations.
• BA or BS degree required; Series 7/63
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word; macro tools helpful.
• Strong data entry, analytical and detail-oriented abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research and process cost basis adjustments for clients.
• Reconcile option trades and update cost basis data.
• Verify transaction information across systems.
• Process corrections in Gainskeeper and Schwab’s cost basis system.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
