Job summary

LPL Financial, a leading wealth management firm, seeks to support its Service Teams with cost basis questions and compliant processing. This role involves inbound calls, issue resolution, and collaboration with Financial Professionals to deliver accurate, timely information.

You will support internal service teams, work with advisors, and contribute to audits and UAT testing, aiming to maintain exceptional client service standards and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Cost Basis experience.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from the Service teams.
• Research and perform related processing for service requests.
• Review accounts and perform reconciliation to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Perform daily quality control, manage error rates and perform exception review processing.
• Effectively communicate with advisors and other operational groups to resolve various account discrepancies.
• Be proactive and remain cognizant of deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Recognize issues, problems, or opportunities and determine whether action is required.
• Make connections and offers creative recommendations on how to solve business challenges.
• Assist with projects, UAT Testing and audits.
