IdeaTek in Kansas is seeking a Talent Recruiter to drive full-cycle hiring across Operations, Sales, Field Operations, and Corporate. The role blends sourcing with candidate engagement and events representation.

You will partner with department heads, craft targeted job descriptions, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience while refining recruitment metrics and staying ATS compliant.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring top-performing professionals.
• Expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
• Proficiency with Paylocity ATS; willingness to travel to event sites and expansion locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments (Operations, Sales, Field Operations, Corporate).
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and referrals to engage active and passive pipelines.
• Lead offer extensions, compensation discussions, and negotiations with candidates.
