Job summary

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Experience in a human resources or talent management partner model supporting a client group.
• Working knowledge of DEI, performance management, and compensation practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; healthcare knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on staff engagement and performance management.
• Develop and implement policies with Talent Management teams.
• Coach for success, provide leave of absence guidance with Wellbeing team.
