You’ll manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, and contribute to a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in corporate or agency environments.
• Ability to recruit across multiple functions quickly learning new roles and talent markets.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent relationship-building with hiring managers and stakeholders.

• Manage searches from kickoff through offer across various functions and levels.
• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process to ensure a great experience.
• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding collaboration with People/TA teams.
