Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, with the ability to quickly learn new roles and talent markets.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to build credibility and productive relationships with hiring managers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and hiring needs may evolve.
• A data-informed mindset and willingness to use recruiting metrics and market insights to improve search strategies.
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage searches from kickoff through offer across a variety of functions and levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate business needs into candidate profiles, interview strategies, and sourcing plans.
• Source and engage passive talent using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Conduct recruiter screens that assess candidates against key competencies and outcomes.
• Manage candidates throughout the interview process and keep them engaged.
• Build and maintain relationships with strong prospective candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS.
