Qualifications

• Associate degree required in HR, business, communications, marketing, organizational leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using recruiting technology or ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Recruit for high-volume frontline positions as well as professional and leadership roles.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and talent networks.
• Create recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
