Job summary

Siffrin, located in Massillon, OH, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment across the organization in a hybrid work setting. You will screen, interview, and onboard candidates for frontline, professional, and leadership roles while building talent networks and recruiting strategies.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and a passion for connecting great people with meaningful mission-driven work.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in HR, business, communications, marketing, organizational leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using recruiting technology or ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Recruit for high-volume frontline positions as well as professional and leadership roles.

What You'll Do

As our Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you'll serve as a strategic partner in attracting exceptional employees for a variety of roles across the organization.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
• Recruit for high-volume frontline positions as well as professional and leadership roles
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions
• Maintain candidate pipelines and talent networks
• Create recruiting strategies to attract top talent

Community Engagement & Networking

• Attend job fairs, community events, workforce development activities, and networking events
• Build relationships with colleges, career centers, workforce agencies, and community organizations
• Develop partnerships that create long-term recruitment opportunities

Recruitment Marketing

• Create engaging job advertisements and social media content
• Promote Siffrin's employment brand across multiple platforms
• Identify creative ways to connect with potential candidates

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Track recruiting performance and hiring metrics
• Evaluate sourcing effectiveness
• Recommend innovative approaches to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experiences

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
• Minimum two years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring initiatives simultaneously
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience using recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, or similar platforms

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience recruiting in healthcare, human services, social services, behavioral health, long-term care, or developmental disabilities
• Experience with high-volume hiring
• Social media recruiting experience
• Knowledge of talent sourcing strategies and pipeline development
• Professional HR or recruiting certifications

Experience in the Developmental Disabilities field is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for finding great people.
