Hubbell Incorporated in New Hampshire is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to source, screen, and hire hourly manufacturing talent across Littleton, Londonderry, and Lincoln with a hybrid work setup. You will work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and be onsite on Tue/Thu at the nearest office, with Wednesday rotations based on site needs.

Qualificações

• A college degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in high-volume recruitment, specifically in manufacturing or related industrial sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in using HRIS and recruitment software, as well as social media for recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract hourly talent across manufacturing sites.
• Travel between Littleton, Londonderry, and Lincoln to support on-site recruiting needs and events.
• Partner with local HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Create and manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, and offers for hourly roles.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels to build a strong local talent pipeline.
• Coordinate candidate screening and onsite/virtual interview processes.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through hire, ensuring timely execution.
• Maintain awareness of local labor market trends to inform recruiting strategies.
