Job summary

Vertex Service Partners is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with roofing and home-improvement brands across the Vertex network. The role embeds with field leaders to hire top talent across Outside Sales, Call Center, Production, and Administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll build pipelines, screen candidates, and manage interviews while coordinating with local and national stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• Experience hiring for sales or high-volume roles preferred.
• Proven sourcing skills and ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable talking to both entry-level candidates and senior operators.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Outside Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Call Center Representatives, Production, and Administrative.
• Partner with regional and local leaders to understand hiring needs and drive proactive recruiting plans.
• Leverage job boards, local networks, community events, and employee referrals to source candidates.
• Conduct screens and initial interviews to assess quality and fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate flow through the hiring process.
• Provide regular updates to local and corporate stakeholders.
• Champion a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Support employer branding through social media, local events, and referrals.
• Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and process.
