Job summary

Qualifications

• In-home B2C sales experience in a one-call-close environment (home improvement industry strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by coaching and developing Sales Managers and Partner Directors of Sales.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and development across multiple territories.
• Reinforce Vertex Sales Methodology across partner companies with trainers.
• Lead performance management using KPIs like close rate, NSLI, financing utilization.
• Conduct ride-alongs, shadowing, and coaching to elevate team effectiveness.
• Identify sales gaps and lead coaching on consultative selling and closing.
• Standardize weekly sales meetings and leadership rhythms.
• Collaborate with General Managers to align sales and operations goals.
• Scale sales content with training teams and product experts.
