Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR and talent acquisition.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Familiarity with HRIS and sourcing tools such as Gusto and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Skilled at writing job descriptions that attract top talent.
• Experience implementing process standards and designing onboarding pathways.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Action-oriented with strong judgement and follow-through.
