Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies.
• Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn, ATS platforms, social media, networking, and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience building candidate pipelines for professional, technical, and business roles.
• Experience using recruiting technologies including ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms.
• Strong consulting, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging recruiting metrics to support decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition through offer, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advise on talent acquisition best practices, labor market trends, and hiring strategy.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using sourcing tools and Boolean search.
• Leverage AI tools and approved workflows to support sourcing and screening.
• Champion AI adoption and process improvements in Talent Acquisition.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and manager experience throughout recruitment.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline data to drive effectiveness and planning.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage requisition workflows, approvals, tracking, and reporting in ATS/VMS.
• Influence hiring decisions with market intelligence and compensation insights.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout hiring.
• Support cross-functional projects and process improvements.
• Build relationships with staffing vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate supplier communications, reviews, interviews, onboarding, and assignments for contingent needs.
