Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of talent acquisition, executive research, sourcing, or search experience, including senior technology searches.
• Ability to identify and engage VP-level and senior technology leaders.
• Strong understanding of technology functions, leadership structures, feeder roles, and talent markets.
• Experience building target company lists, organizational mapping, and market research.
• Expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to synthesize research into clear recommendations for recruiters and hiring leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake and discovery with the Principal Executive Recruiter and hiring leader to understand business context and search success criteria.
• Translate search requirements into focused sourcing strategies including target companies and leadership profiles.
• Conduct executive research, organizational mapping, and market intelligence to identify prospective technology leaders.
• Develop and maintain high-quality executive pipelines for technology leadership roles.
• Present researched profiles for calibration and refine search target profiles as needed.
• Engage candidates through thoughtful, personalized outreach explaining the opportunity and impact.
• Provide clear candidate context and market insights to recruiters at handoff.
• Maintain accurate research, outreach, and pipeline information in ATS/CRM systems.
• Track progress and adjust search approach based on metrics.
