Responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking strategies.
• Conduct phone screenings and preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track within our ATS.
• Learn industry‑specific recruiting practices across banking, mortgage, financial services, and professional services sectors.
• Assist with job posting creation, recruiting campaigns, and talent marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and leadership to support client hiring needs.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience from initial contact through placement.
• Continuously develop recruiting, sales, business development, and relationship management skills.
