Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing/engineering roles.
• Sourcing passive candidates and partnering with hiring managers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with HR tech and ATS.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions across manufacturing, engineering, technology, operations, supply chain, quality, R&D, and professional areas.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand needs and candidate profiles.
• Conduct intake meetings to align sourcing strategy and interview approach.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networks, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring needs.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical alignment and fit.
• Present qualified slate to hiring managers and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate and support interview and selection processes.
