Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 year business or system experience for Systems Analyst I; 2 years for II; 5 years for III in requirements development.

Responsibilities

• Read and create structured specifications such as Technical Specifications, use cases, story cards.
• Read and understand design and business models including basic technical understanding.
• Writes SQL queries, reads simple data models.
• Liaises between development team and end users to deliver solutions.
• Contributes to deliverables including analysis and validation.
• Provide Level 1 on-call support as needed.
