Qualifications

• 4+ years Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience.
• 2+ years Systems Engineering experience.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment with on-call duties.
• Experience with Linux, Autosys, Windows OS, Harness, ServiceNow, TFE, Cloud Management Portal, Big Panda, App Dynamics, Thousand Eyes, Splunk.
• Proficient in incident, problem and change management.

Responsibilities

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Systems Operations Engineering.
• Review and analyze challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of factors.
• Contribute to resolution of issues and collaborate to meet deliverables.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Systems Operations Engineering.
• Participate in complex technical issues related to large-scale applications and systems.
• Identify recurring problems and recommend improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to monitor and resolve outages for availability.
