HonorHealth is seeking a Systems Engineer II to support enterprise Windows and Linux server platforms and hybrid cloud components. The role emphasizes operational support, lifecycle management, and troubleshooting within established standards, under guidance from senior engineers.

The ideal candidate has 4 years in Windows/Linux administration and 1 year in automation scripting, with a focus on security, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology or related field or 6 years of progressive work experience.
• 4 years in Windows and/or Linux/Red Hat administration roles.
• 1 year automation/scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Ansible) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintains and supports enterprise Windows and Linux server platforms.
• Works with senior engineers on projects and platform enhancements.
• Performs patching, firmware updates, and version upgrades.
• Develops and updates automation scripts for routine tasks.
• Supports security hardening, RBAC, and compliance requirements.
• Assists with incident triage, root‑cause analysis, and change control.
