Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Systems Implementation Lead & Project Manager in Raritan, NJ, for the MedTech R&D team. You will lead data science initiatives, drive global regulatory approaches, and influence data collection/analysis decisions across the organization.

The role requires strong PM skills, experience with GxP computerized systems, and a passion for data-driven decision making within a hybrid work schedule (3 days on-site).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting GxP computerized systems in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity (ALCOA+).
• Experience in Agile and waterfall style project management.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate technical work to wide audience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Ethicon R&D teams to deliver data-driven research roadmaps.
• Advise on projects beyond assigned scope and collaborate with scientists.
• Deliver scalable automated data solutions across R&D and testing.
• Lead and contribute to AI solutions to accelerate testing capacity.
• Develop data aggregation and reporting methodologies for trends.
• Mentor junior data scientists and foster data-driven culture.
• Communicate complex methods to diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
