Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Systems Implementation Lead & Project Manager, R&D - MedTech, to drive data‑driven solutions for regulatory and testing initiatives in Raritan, NJ. You will lead a team developing automated data strategies across LIMS/ERP and support SDLC through CSV validation, test design, and implementation.

The role requires a strong background in GxP systems, Agile/Waterfall PM, and excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, AI, CS, statistics) is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting GxP computerized systems within a regulated environment (pharma/med device) is required.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity principles (ALCOA+) is required.
• Experience with Agile and waterfall project management is required.
• Proven leadership in cross‑functional teams and external vendors management.
• Ability to communicate technical work to a wide audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data science projects within a matrix organization.
• Partner with Ethicon R&D Portfolio Management and Analytical Evaluation teams to deliver data-driven insights.
• Deliver automated data solutions to support testing capacity and regulatory decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and promote data-driven culture.
• Communicate complex methods and results to senior stakeholders.
