Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in New Jersey is seeking a Systems Implementation Lead & Project Manager for R&D. The role combines data science leadership with regulatory-compliant data initiatives across the Ethicon R&D portfolio.

You will partner with portfolio management, develop automated data solutions, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure quality and documentation across SDLC. Flexible hybrid work with on-site three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with GxP computerized systems and data integrity.
• Strong knowledge of both Agile and waterfall project management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Ethicon R&D teams to deliver data supporting projects.
• Develop scalable automated data solutions and AI enhancements.
• Lead data science projects and mentor team members.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
