Job summary

SeekWell is seeking a Systems Engineer I to support the systems, applications, and infrastructure across our businesses. You’ll monitor health, respond to requests, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain secure, reliable technology environments.

You’ll collaborate with IT and business partners to learn modern infrastructure practices and build a foundation for a long-term systems engineering career. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Draper, Utah, requiring onsite work two days per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT, systems administration, or related roles.
• Working knowledge of Windows environments and AD, Microsoft 365, and networking basics.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP; scripting basics encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, availability, and security; escalate issues as needed.
• Respond to tickets; troubleshoot hardware, software, access, storage, and applications.
• Administer core systems (Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, M365, SharePoint, Azure, AWS).
• Support releases, patches, backups, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Assist with endpoint management, device configuration, and compliance via Intune or SCCM.
• Use PowerShell or scripts for automation, reporting, and repeatable tasks.
• Document changes, troubleshooting steps, and standard processes.
