Job summary

SeekWell is seeking a Software Engineer II to help build backend services and internal applications powering our vision-care platform. You will work on REST/SOAP services, CI/CD integration, and collaborate with Product Management in a Kanban workflow.

Based in Draper, UT with a hybrid work model, you’ll grow your cloud, architecture, and software craftsmanship while delivering features from design through production. 2–4 years of C#/SQL experience is expected, AWS preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of professional software development with C# and SQL.
• Experience building applications in AWS and cloud environments.
• Ability to work independently or in a team, with strong problem-solving.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain platform services and internal applications using C#, SQL, AWS, WinForms, and Angular.
• Create and maintain code that integrates with third-party services.
• Participate in design sessions, code reviews, and pull requests.
• Support and contribute to CI/CD pipeline processes.
• Complete projects independently or in a pair while collaborating with the team.
• Implement automated tests and frameworks for testing web UI and API automation.
