A Managed Service Provider is seeking a Systems Analyst in Federal Way, Washington. Candidates should be knowledgeable in desktop operating systems and server management, and possess excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Must possess A+ and/or Network+ Certifications, with ability to obtain after employment.
• Solid understanding of server operating systems and networking.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated tickets, including break/fix issues and application installation.
• Assist in server administration, networking, and security.
• Utilize ticketing system to document and monitor requests.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11

Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022

Knowledge of Sonic firewalls

Knowledge of Datto networking

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Office Suite

Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Education

A+ and/or Network+ Certifications

MD-102 preferred

Tools
