Job summary
Elevance Health in Richmond, VA is seeking a Systems Analyst Advisor to define and manage the scope of business systems projects and specify functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system.
You will bridge the technical and business sides, mentor colleagues, develop use cases, and perform advanced data analysis and reporting to support decision making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS, Business Analytics, or related.
- Six years of experience in related occupation(s).
- Experience with relational databases and SQL, healthcare domain knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage scope of Business Systems projects and specify requirements.
- Create feature testing and determine environmental needs.
- Bridge between business and IT to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Partner with architecture and infrastructure to oversee service levels.
- Mentor IT learners and assist in training initiatives.
- Develop use cases and perform data analysis and reporting.
- Provide analytic consultation across business areas and leadership.
