Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Six (6) years of experience in related occupation(s).
• Experience with relational databases including MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database.
• Proficient in SQL and query tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and Teradata SQL Assistant.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Snowflake and Thoughtspot; familiarity with EDI X12 Transactions.
• Exposure to Facets, Claims and Encounters, and healthcare business operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and perform feature testing and determine environmental needs.
• Bridge the technical and business views to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Collaborate with business, architecture and infrastructure to oversee service levels.
• Mentor and assist in IT learning programs and estimate application functionality enhancements.
• Identify future system opportunities and enhancements with stakeholders.
• Develop use cases for system requirements and changes.
• Provide data analysis and reporting guidance to analysts and other business areas.
• Perform high-level data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.
