Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a seasoned Systems Analyst for a hybrid role in Westlake, TX. The candidate should have 5 years of Systems Analysis experience in IT, financial services or related environments and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, with a demonstrated ability to deliver complex IT solutions.

You will work in a highly matrixed environment with multiple applications, patterns and integrations, applying data analysis, data mapping, feasibility and impact

Qualifications

• 5 years of Systems Analysis experience within the IT field financial services or related environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Experience working in a complex environment with multiple applications patterns and integrations
• Knowledge of API Development Cloud AWS Data Design Batch Event Processing and WorkflowProcess Automation is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical facilitation and communication skills
• Experience in Agile methodologies is expected
• Ability to produce in a highly matrixed environment involving multiple partners technical groups and COEs
• Demonstrated ability to work across multifunctional teams
• Proactive contributor to a highly functioning team meticulous and understands how systems applications can provide solutions to business problems and objectives
• Knowledge of the financial services industry preferred attained through training and application experience
• Exposure to test automation and quality practices
• Good interpersonal skills including negotiation communication leadership and influence
• Adaptable and agile can conform to shifting priorities demands and timelines and make project adjustments to effectively prioritize and complete tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Successfully take the lead on issues and gain resolution in a timely manner
• Demonstrated leadership skills to guide mentor and motivate engineers and analysts
