Job summary

Capco is seeking a Technical Business Analyst in Dallas on a hybrid schedule to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and collaborate with data, business, and technology teams to deliver data management and transformation initiatives.

You will support Agile delivery, manage backlogs, track progress, and contribute to solution design, testing, and implementation, working with stakeholders and data architects to ensure

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with SQL (Oracle, SQL Server) and data analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design artifacts.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery.
• Support data-focused initiatives by working closely with data architects and analysts on solution design.
• Track project progress, manage backlogs, and coordinate releases using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Contribute to testing, implementation, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality delivery.
